WAYNE, Neb. (AP) - A Wayne State College student charged with three counts of sexual assault on the northeast Nebraska campus will face trial in May.
Police arrested 20-year-old Lance Fick of Inman in October for an incident they say involved one victim that took place on the college campus.
Fick pleaded not guilty Thursday in Wayne County District Court. His trial has been set for May 26.
Fick remains free on bond.
